Means of transportation

Not as much as accommodations, but even transportation is often an item that I try to save something on. I also think that traveling by public transportation is a great way to learn more about the realities I visit. One trip I would like to take and by a particular means, but I don’t know if I will ever be able to do is by the Trans-Siberian Railway. However, I did almost the entire coast-to-coast of Canada, again by train, not bad!

While I find very interesting the reflection on how slow travel was in ancient times, featured in this article from the blog traveling slowly.

Personally, whenever I can I use public transportation, among other things, it is a great reservoir of anecdotes as I recount here.

Public transportation also to meet people
